Méthodologie de production des juvéniles pour les principales espèces piscicoles élevées en Hongrie
Résumé
This type of production represents a new concept of rearing and fish production in ponds. The main objective is to valorize as far as possible the important gamete production of spawners (many hundreds of thousands of eggs per kg live weight) by means of artificial insemination, egg incubation and larval rearing under themoregulate conditions. The rearing lasts until the fry can survive the climatic risks in a natural environment. The research dealt mainly with larval rearing in small ponds in which biomass is qualitatively controlled. It was demonstrated that a control of natural pond production was possible, at least on a small scale, and this leads to promising perspectives for a real management of aquatic ecosystems.
