Résumé

The potential impact of two different filter types (cellulose acetate or glass fiber) and filter pore-size (0.2 μm or 0.7 μm) used for DOM extraction have been studied for stream waters and soil solution samples. As found in previous studies, the choice of filter has no significant effect on qualitative and quantitative bulk-scale descriptors along the soil–river continuum.
